Como é bom estar em casa!! Cheguei da Australia e a primeira semana que tive cá não consegui entrar no mar mais do que uma vez! Felizmente a nossa "amiga" Natureza teve a bondade de acabar com o seu mau humor e começou a produzir este estilo de condições! Sabe muito bem apanhar ondas perfeitas a poucos minutos de casa. Somos uns privilegiados! // It's good to be home! The first week I was in Portugal after Australia the weather was really bad and I only managed to get in the water for ONE surf! Fortunately things changed and our good "friend" Nature started producing some amazing conditions for us! It feels unreal to be surfing world class waves just around the corner of our beloved homes! We're pretty blessed! Enjoy it

TIAGO Vs OZ

A primeira paragem do ano é sempre muito apetecida! A Australia é o país mais "surf" do Mundo! Apesar dos campeonatos não me terem corrido de feição, adorei todos os momentos que lá passei. Este video tem ondas na Gold Coast, na costa oeste e na zona sudeste, onde fica Bells Beach. Querem um concelho? Não se metam com os Kangurus!! // The first stop on Tour is always a very exciting one! Australia is the country where you breathe surfing the most! Although my results in the contests weren't that appealing I loved every minute of my journey! This video shows you some waves surfed all around the country. My advice: Watch out for the Kangurus!

O Circuito Mundial vai começar! Mais um ano a levar as nossas cores pelo globo, com muito orgulho!//The WCT is going to start! Another year of high performance surfing in the best waves in the world! I'm proud of flying my country's colors!

Home break training

Algumas ondas que fiz em Portugal este Inverno. Infelizmente não tive a sorte de apanhar os melhores dias de surf, mas é sempre bom conciliar bons surfs com as sessões de ginásio. // Some of the waves I had at home before travelling to the first stop on Tour. Unfortunately I didn't score the best days of the winter, but it's always good to have some nice waves in the middle of so much fitness training.

THE ROCK

A Madeira é um dos meus destinos favoritos no Mundo!! Fui até lá durante uma destas ondulações de Inverno e tive a sorte de apanhar bom surf com água a 20º!! Para aqueles que não sabem, a Madeira é dos melhores destinos-surf da Europa. As ondas são parecidas com o Havaí! // The Madeira Islands is one of my favorite place to surf in the world! It's so close to Portugal and the water is warm! I had a few Hawaiian looking waves in this short surf trip! I highly recommend it to all of you guys!

BEST OF 2012

Algumas das melhores imagens deste ano de 2012. Depois de tanto stress com rankings, pontuações e afins, é sempre bom lembrar que o surf continua a ser aquilo que me motiva a acordar todos os dias! // Some of my best freesurfing images of this year. After so much stress with points and ranking, it feels good to look back and realize that suring still is the reason why I wake up every morning and train hard!

BEST OF 2012 (Comp)

Claro que não podia deixar de rever as melhores ondas do ano no circuito. É um privilégio poder surfar algumas destas ondas com apenas alguns surfistas na água. É por isso que chamam a este circuito o "Dream Tour"! // Couldn't forget looking back through my competitive year and watch my action in some of the best waves in the world! This is why they call this tour the " Dream Tour" . I feel fortunate to be able to surf some of these waves with only a couple guys out!
